Gold in the fire...

"I warm you, buy from me the gold that has been tested in the fire to make you really rich, and white robes to clothe you and cover your shameful nakedness, and eye ointment to put on your eyes so that you are able to see." /Rev 3:18/

My prodigal son, I give it to you for free. The ring, the fattened calf, the festive robe waiting for you, just turn back to me, come back to me. Whatever happend you'll be my son forever...

I'm here to you day after day. 

Look around, the Earth is full with great offers from God: blessings, graces, love, beauties... These are not fake Black Friday offers, these are real and ours for free...

Why are we not pay attention them? Can we hear the knocking on the door? If yes, why do we run away and make business as usual?  

The Advent is a good time to slow down a bit, to turn down the noises around us as much as possible...

Give time every day to listen! Don't do anything, just give an opportunity to yourself to hear the knock of the Lord...

Not easy... keeping quiet and not run away, I know, but give it a try! 5 minutes or 20 or more, doesn't matter, just try it!...

I've been just lying down for years. I don't believe in my healing..., I don't even want to be healed! I accepted it, so as it is... Where are you taking me? What makes you think he can help? Invitation to the wedding...

Cool but beautiful Saturday morning. Another pilgrimage to Walsingham... Three on their way to Emmaus... Some thoughts on today's Gospel... The story of when the king invites the guests to the wedding, but they make excuses, deal with other things, are very busy. Finally, everyone from the main square he invites  in: prostitutes, homeless people, sick people. Anyone who has been humiliated; who was persecuted; who feels worthless... In his eyes, as in a mirror, they see themselves as valuable again, human again.  Those who did not accept the invitation thought they were "perfect." They don't need this mirror...
